1. Data controller

The controller of personal data collected through this website and related services is Alpha SOT Security, in accordance with applicable Bulgarian and EU law, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. Data we process

Depending on the features you use, we may process: contact details (name, email, phone, message content), technical logs (IP address, browser type, access time) and cookies for security and traffic analysis, according to your choices in the consent banner.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Data is processed to respond to inquiries (steps prior to contract), to secure our services (legitimate interest) and, where you consent, to improve the website through analytics.

4. Retention and sharing

We keep data only as long as needed for these purposes. We do not sell personal data. Hosting and IT providers may process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement where applicable.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).

Essential cookies keep the site secure and functional (e.g. session, language and theme). Analytics cookies (Vercel Analytics) load only after you choose “Accept all” in the consent banner. Your choice is stored in localStorage (key alphasot_cookie_consent_v1) until you withdraw it — via “Essential only”, “Manage cookies” in the footer, or by clearing site data in your browser.
